Method: getNeighborhoodRelationships
Returns a list of relationship attribute value pairs for the requested neighborhood ID. For example, neighborhoods may intersect, be nested (parent-child), or have different names for the same area:
- aliasOf: A neighborhood has the same area as the neighborhood it is an alias of.
- childOf: A neighborhood is fully encompassed by the neighborhood it is a child of.
- dominance: If choosing just one neighborhood name when neighborhoods intersect, the dominant neighborhood is chosen.
